Jennifer Ramirez Mata, a 30-year-old Hispanic woman, was born on March 28, 1983, in Tyler, Texas. She grew up in Chandler, attending local schools and graduating from Brownsboro High School in 2000. Following high school, Jennifer pursued a career as a pharmacy technician, working at the Walmart pharmacy while attending Tyler Junior College.
