Ruben Quiroz Trejo, a 29-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on February 8, 2020, in the West Elsdon neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. According to reports, Ruben was walking on the sidewalk in the 3700 block of West 58th Street around 7:20 p.m. when a vehicle approached him.
