Jabari Pittman, a 19-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on February 8, 2020, in the Oakland neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. The incident occurred around 5:30 p.m. when Jabari was walking in the 3800 block of South Cottage Grove Avenue.
