Devonta Pittman, a 20-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on April 6, 2020, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the North Lawndale neighborhood on the West Side. Devonta and his 19-year-old brother were outside a home in the 1900 block of South Lawndale Avenue when a vehicle drove by and someone inside opened fire.
