Ronell Dortch Jr., a 22-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on May 3, 2020, in Aurora, Illinois. Ronell was a father of two young daughters and was known for his dedication to his family and his efforts to turn his life around. On the night of May 2, Ronell and a few friends went to someone's house, and the events that transpired led to his untimely death.
