Andres Ochoa, a 31-year-old Hispanic male from Aurora, Illinois, tragically lost his life on September 4, 2016. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. in the 600 block of High Street, where Ochoa was found unconscious and not breathing after being shot. He was attending a family gathering when a disturbance broke out, leading to the fatal shooting. Ochoa was struck in the upper body and was pronounced dead shortly after being transported to Presence Mercy Medical Center.
