Deonte Fleming, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on May 29, 2020, in Chicago, Illinois. Deonte, affectionately known as "Tay," was born on September 25, 1996, and was the first of twins. He was raised by his aunt, Carol Cooper, in a loving and caring home. Deonte had a deep love for his family, especially his twin brother, Deandre. He was known for his compassionate and fun-loving nature, and he was very protective of his family.
