Jacobi D Herring

On August 10, 2013, 21-year-old Jacobi D. Herring was shot and killed in the South Chicago neighborhood. Herring had just left a late-night party when he was targeted near East 79th Street and South Yates Boulevard, an area known for high crime and gang activity.
