Erick Lacey, aged 19, was tragically killed on January 9, 2016, in Chicago. Lacey and his girlfriend were riding in a car when an unknown vehicle pulled up behind them and opened fire. Seventeen shell casings were recovered from the scene, suggesting a high level of violence.
