Nakia D'Angelo Jones, a 45-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on November 19, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the West Englewood neighborhood, specifically in the 7100 block of South Seeley Avenue. Nakia was found with gunshot wounds to his head and chest inside a vehicle around 9:30 p.m. He was immediately transported to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he was pronounced dead.
