Sharod Turner, a 25-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on May 31, 2020, in Chicago, Illinois. He was taken to Norwegian American Hospital with gunshot wounds to the right side of his neck and his upper back. Despite the medical team's efforts, Sharod Turner was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
