Dontrell J. Walker, a 20-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 5, 2022, in Chicago, Illinois. Walker was a passenger in a vehicle traveling in the first block of East 43rd Street in the Bronzeville neighborhood when an unknown assailant opened fire around 4:35 p.m. The vehicle, struck by bullets, collided with two other cars before coming to a stop.
