Noe Mondragon-Jimenez, a 27-year-old male, was fatally shot on July 2, 2020, in the Little Village neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. while Mondragon-Jimenez was walking with his girlfriend in the 4100 block of West 27th Street. As they walked, a dark-colored vehicle approached, and two males exited the car, each armed with handguns equipped with laser sights.
