Zavion Sellers, a 19-year-old African American male, was tragically shot on July 5, 2020, in Markham, Illinois. The incident occurred around 7:25 p.m. in the 15300 block of South Kedzie Avenue. Zavion was shot in the head and was immediately taken to the hospital. Despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries months later, on December 14, 2020.
