Eric O'shea Dewayne Elliott, a 27-year-old African American male from Rockford, Illinois, tragically passed away on August 21, 2020. Born on April 18, 1993, Eric was the son of Tasha Finklea and Eric Elliott. He was employed as an assembler at Phelps Pet Products and was known to visit Heartland Community Church.
