Jamal L. Harris, a 32-year-old African American male, was found dead in an overgrown vacant lot on Kossuth Street, between Peck Street and North Grand Boulevard in St. Louis. The incident occurred on a Saturday night, and Harris was pronounced dead at the scene. He had been shot multiple times. The shooting also resulted in injuries to two women, aged 48 and 45, who were taken to a hospital for treatment.
