Fabian Baines, a 46-year-old African American man, tragically lost his life on November 5, 2020, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the Gresham neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. Around 7:30 p.m., Fabian Baines and a 39-year-old woman were in a parking lot in the 7500 block of South Racine Avenue when an unknown assailant approached them and opened fire.
