Willie Baker, a 19-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on November 23, 2020, in the West Garfield Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. According to reports, Willie was walking down the street in the 500 block of South Kostner Avenue around 2:20 p.m. when he was shot multiple times. Officers found him unresponsive on the sidewalk and he was subsequently transported to Stroger Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Cook County medical examiner's office ruled his ...
