Ledon Ervin Jr., a 16-year-old African American male, was tragically shot to death on November 30, 2020, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in a parking garage located in the South Loop area. According to reports, two males wearing black ski masks exited a black vehicle and fired shots at a parked vehicle on the first floor of the garage.
