Luis Perez, a 33-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on December 28, 2020, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the Portage Park neighborhood on the Northwest Side of the city. According to reports, police responded to gunfire around 6 a.m. and found Luis Perez unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds inside a vehicle located in the 4000 block of North Lockwood Avenue.
