Abel Ruvalcaba, a 21-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on July 13, 2015, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 4:30 a.m., in the Little Village neighborhood. Abel was sitting in the front passenger seat of a car, accompanied by friends, when the vehicle approached the intersection of 24th and Sawyer.
