Christopher Marco Salinas, a 24-year-old male, was fatally shot on December 9, 2018, in the Belmont Cragin neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred on the porch of a home in the 2100 block of North Mulligan. Salinas was discovered lying on the front porch at approximately 3:51 a.m. by police.
