Qiana Harding, a 26-year-old African American woman, was tragically shot to death on January 17, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred late Sunday night in the Garfield Park neighborhood, specifically in the 700-block of North Hamlin Avenue. Qiana was celebrating her birthday when she was fatally shot while sitting in her car at a red light.
