Vilut Beniamin Gavrilas, a 37-year-old man, was tragically killed on January 30, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 8:55 p.m. when Gavrilas was traveling on a ramp from Division Street to Interstate 90 on the Northwest Side.
