Vilut Beniamin Gavrilas, a 37-year-old man, was tragically killed on January 30, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 8:55 p.m. when Gavrilas was traveling on a ramp from Division Street to Interstate 90 on the Northwest Side. According to reports, shots were fired from another vehicle, striking Gavrilas multiple times. As a result, he veered off the road, traveled up an embankment, and crashed.
