Derrick Triplett, a 31-year-old African American man, tragically lost his life on April 4, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the Roseland neighborhood on the Far South Side of the city. According to reports, Derrick was involved in an argument with two individuals around 1:30 a.m. in the 200 block of West 108th Street.
