Herman Kennedy, a 47-year-old man from Chicago, IL, tragically died on April 30, 2021, from a gunshot wound to the head. He was found unresponsive in an apartment in the 8000 block of South Ingleside Avenue in the Chatham neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. An autopsy ruled his death a homicide. The other man found at the scene, 26-year-old Kameron Jackson, was pronounced dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, and his death was ruled a suicide.
