Ramiro Morales, a 19-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on April 22, 2021, in Chicago, IL. According to reports, Morales was on his way to a local Walmart on 22nd and Cermak to buy some food when he was shot upon arriving at the establishment. His cousin, Victor Chihuake, described Morales as a hardworking individual who had just returned from visiting his mother in Mexico.
