Kamel Ibrahim Othman, a 31-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed on April 27, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the Ashburn neighborhood on the South Side. Kamel, who lived in the same block where the shooting took place, was driving in the 8300 block of South Keating Avenue around 9:20 p.m. when someone exited a green SUV and opened fire.
