Reginald Franklin Ratcliff, a 40-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on October 21, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 2 p.m. in the 700 block of North Harding Avenue, located in the West Garfield Park neighborhood on the city's West Side. According to reports, Ratcliff was near the sidewalk when an unknown assailant opened fire, striking him in the abdomen and leg.
