On May 9, 2021, Terrell Vance, a 46-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed in East Saint Louis, Illinois. The incident occurred at approximately 12:25 AM in the parking lot of MotoMart located at 3120 Mississippi Avenue. Responding officers found Terrell Vance with gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation into Terrell Vance's death was led by the Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis, which was called in by the Sauget Police Depart ...
