Keshawn Williams, a 17-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on May 24, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. Keshawn was fatally shot in the chest while standing on the sidewalk in the 500 block of South Oakley Boulevard around 9 p.m. that evening. He was with another 17-year-old male, who was also shot but survived with a gunshot wound to the shoulder.
