Murdered

On August 2, 2023, Jhacarion Johnson, an 18-year-old, was found shot in the Back of the Yards neighborhood in Chicago, Illinois. He was discovered by officers lying unresponsive around 10:31 p.m. in the 800 block of West 54th Street, suffering from gunshot wounds to the face and chest.

Johnson was immediately transported to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where he later died due to his injuries.
