Tyrese Taylor, a 14-year-old African American boy, was tragically shot and killed on June 10, 2021, in the Lawndale neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 1:45 p.m. while Tyrese was on the sidewalk in the 1100 block of South Karlov Avenue. He was shot multiple times by an unknown assailant.
