Darryl Willis, a 56-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on August 9, 2021, in a drive-by shooting in the University Village neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 11:10 p.m. when Willis and a 24-year-old man were standing outside with a group of people in the 1300 block of West 13th Street.
