Sergio Ochoa, a 30-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on August 21, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the Marquette Park neighborhood, where Ochoa was fatally shot. According to reports, he was struck in the head and shoulder during the shooting. Despite being rushed to St. Joseph's Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries. The Cook County medical examiner's office confirmed his identity and the cause of death.
