Death by Force

Kentrell McNeal, a 15-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on September 21, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. Kentrell, a student at Simeon Career Academy High School, was shot outside a McDonald's in the Hyde Park neighborhood. The incident occurred in the 5200 block of South Lake Park Avenue, where Kentrell and a 14-year-old boy were sitting in a car when they were attacked. The 14-year-old boy was critically wounded but survived the shooting.
