Bobby Lee Donley, a 37-year-old man from Chicago, IL, was tragically shot and killed on October 18, 2021. Bobby Lee Donley was found lying outside in the 4700 block of West Monroe Street in the West Garfield Park neighborhood with gunshot wounds to his head, chest, and shoulder.
