Demetrius Reed, a 27-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 3, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. Reed was fatally shot in a triple shooting incident that occurred early Sunday morning on the Near North Side of Chicago. The shooting took place around 3:30 a.m. in the 1200 block of North Dearborn Street. Reed was struck in the head and was pronounced dead at the scene.
