Born on October 2, 1977, in Jerseyville, Illinois, Jarrod was known for his work with Local IBEW 51 in Springfield, where he trimmed and cleared power lines. He was a family man, survived by his wife Hope Settles, whom he married on June 12, 2021, and his children and grandchildren.
