On August 28, 1987, Charles Potter, a 40-year-old man, was fatally stabbed in Cincinnati, Ohio. The incident occurred in the vicinity of 1100 Gilbert Avenue. On the day of his death, Potter had been at the Greyhound bus station, reportedly traveling from Illinois to North Carolina.
