Jakolbi Lard, a 20-year-old African American male, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting on January 16, 2022, in the Fuller Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 12:45 a.m. while Jakolbi was walking in the 200 block of West 43rd Street. According to reports, he was shot by someone inside a passing white SUV.
