Arnelius Sneed, a 40-year-old African American male, was tragically shot to death on January 20, 2022, in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. while Sneed was sitting in a parked car in the 8700 block of South Sangamon Avenue. According to reports, two individuals approached the vehicle and opened fire, striking Sneed multiple times in the head and chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the authorities.
