In the early morning hours of July 15, 2022, a sense of unease settled over the Jollick Manor apartments in Washington, Pennsylvania, as police responded to reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered 19-year-old Antonio Nelson Martinez, a male from Clarksville, Tennessee, who had sustained gunshot wounds. He was rushed to Washington Hospital but was ultimately pronounced dead.
