In the quiet hours between a Saturday night and a Sunday morning in November 2021, the life of 18-year-old Connor Brock came to a violent end in his hometown of Washington, Pennsylvania. On the morning of Sunday, November 28th, a resident living near a vacant parking lot on Seminole Avenue made a grim discovery.
