Tony McIntosh, a 20-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on October 3, 2014, in the South Deering neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 9:20 p.m. when Tony was outside in the 10600 block of South Yates. An unknown assailant approached him and shot him in the head. Tony was transported to Trinity Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 9:50 p.m. Tony lived in the same block where he was shot.
