Levarge L. Harvey, a 43-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on October 2, 2020, in the West Garfield Park neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 3:55 p.m. in the 4000 block of West Madison Street. Harvey was shot in the back and was subsequently transported to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Cook County medical examiner's office confirmed his identity and age.
