Levarge L. Harvey, a 43-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on October 2, 2020, in the West Garfield Park neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 3:55 p.m. in the 4000 block of West Madison Street. Harvey was shot in the back and was subsequently transported to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
