Arteria Riley, an 81-year-old African American woman, was found dead on April 5, 2022, in her home in the Morgan Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. She was discovered alongside her daughter, Thomas Ann Riley, 64, and her son, Ruben Riley, 61, during a well-being check conducted by the police. All three victims had been shot to death.
