James R. Santiago, a 68-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on June 5, 2022, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the Douglas Park neighborhood, specifically in the 1600 block of South Washtenaw Avenue. Santiago and another man were sitting on their porch when a black sedan approached, and someone inside the vehicle opened fire.
