In the late afternoon of February 7, 2025, the life of 25-year-old Kylie Summer Rutledge, a white female, was tragically cut short in a shooting at the Howell Commons Apartments on Howell Circle in Greenville, South Carolina. Deputies from the Greenville County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to the scene around 4:15 p.m. following a 911 call about a gunshot victim.
