Joseph Michael Lowe, a 3-year-old boy from East St. Louis, Illinois, tragically lost his life on June 19, 2022, due to a stray gunfire incident. The young boy, who was in a car with his cousin and a woman, was struck by a bullet that caused severe brain damage. Despite being rushed to St. Louis Children's Hospital, Joseph succumbed to his injuries.
